Swigs Bartending provides experienced bartenders to handle your events beverage service so you can relax and enjoy the party!

Our bartenders are all ProServe certified and have a wide range of knowledge about serving wines, beer, and spirits.

Whether you're planning a wedding, a birthday, corporate or private event, Swigs is pleased to offer a wide variety of services to suit your specific needs.

AFFORDABLE

Standard Service

- $40/hr for the first Bartender

-$35/hr for each additional Bartenders

This includes;

  • all basic bar tools: muddler, wine bottle opener, cocktail shaker, beer bottle/juice can opener, ice scoop, ice pick, bar jiggers, large spoon, knife, small tongs, hand towels, mat, cutting board, pourers, and a stir spoon.

+Additional $20 for 30 minutes of prep time before the event will be added

- $45/hr for each Server

This includes;

  • Bussing, clearing tables

  • Running dishes through an industrial washer (if available)

  • Changing garbage's

  • Other duties agreed upon in writing

+Additional $20 for 30 minutes of prep time before the event will be added

Travel Fee - $0.72/km per Bartender and Server

This includes;

  • mileage to and from the location AFTER the first 60kms

Note:

  • We require a minimum 6 hour booking per service within 1 hour of Calgary and 8 hours minimum for bookings located 1 hour outside of Calgary.

  • Some locations may require additional travel time added

  • Pricing above does not include GST

We price our services according to the number of bartenders you will need at your event, which can vary greatly according to the level of service you require.
It is possible for one bartender to serve up to 100 guests at an open bar with basic wine and beer selections. Per AGLC, Licensees for private events must provide a minimum of one adult supervisor for every 50 patrons in attendance, which would include bartenders. With cocktail service, transactions, and larger beverage selections, that number drops to less than 50 guests per bartender. Providing you with the best service at the lowest possible price is our goal.
